TALLAHASSEE, FL, Thursday, April 21, 2011…Jim Bettinger, Director of Development with Parrish Group Inc., a Tallahassee based commercial development company has leased 6,071sq. ft. of office space at the 1701 Hermitage Blvd., a 32,000 sq. ft. office building located in Hermitage Office Park in northeast Tallahassee, Florida. Parrish Group owns and manages the property.
